Our inaugural program in Zimbabwe will convene a dynamic group of emerging and established female leaders from across sectors to connect, learn, and strengthen their impact.
This program provides an opportunity for participants to expand their leadership skills, collaborate with other female professionals, and build the skills, networks, and momentum to lead positive structural change in response to the world’s newest challenges.

Seats are limited (up to 15 people) and individuals will be selected to participate based on leadership experience and/or potential as well as commitment to full participation and creating a positive impact after the program.
